How much does shipping cost?

Delivery to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT is $9.95, and free on orders from $100. Delivery to WA, NT and TAS is a flat $14.95. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

When will my order be sent?

We endeavour to send all orders within 24 hours. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Do you offer express delivery?

No, we don't offer an express delivery option. If you need your parcel by a specific date, please contact us at info@learngrowplay.com.au before ordering.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Choose free pickup at checkout to collect from our Sydney Warehouse, 19/76B Edinburgh Road, Marrickville NSW 2204. Orders are usually ready in 2 hours. Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@learngrowplay.com.au. Read the full refund policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Yes, Afterpay and Zip are available at checkout.
