The book, which is illustrated with expressive lino cuts, is perfect for classroom use and fun for families too. The poems range from classics by Edward Lear, W H Auden and Eleanor Farjeon to contemporary work by Michael Rosen, John Agard and Clare Bevan, and there are notes at the end with Julia’s suggestions for performance.
