Why kids yoga matters
Yoga and mindfulness practices help children develop body awareness, balance, focus, and emotional regulation. Starting young — with a mat that's actually theirs — makes the practice feel personal and engaging. Many primary schools and early learning centres now incorporate kids yoga into their daily routines.
